    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have. not been able to make outgoing calls, incoming calls ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contacted ee and they contacted open reach and an engineer was sent out. &amp;nbsp;They were not able to resolve the issue and someone else was looking into this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No one came back to me and I had to contact them again by text (not free from mobile), I was told it would be sorted out today, but have not heard back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is nothing recorded under your account details.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried the landline phone from the hidden test socket that is revealed when you remove the bottom half of the split faceplate (2 screws or press tabs) of your master socket?&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Only do this if you have a split faceplate.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Do you have any extension sockets in the home even if unused? Are there any wires connected to back of faceplate of master socket?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
