      <description>&lt;P&gt;Helo&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Broadband suddenly cut off at approx 9pm yesterday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;full fibre&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Account all paid up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;fibre modem has power. PON LED is off, LOS is red&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can’t see any reported issues in the area.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;EE engineer booked for Monday - but it’s going to be a long weekend!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All fixed. &amp;nbsp;Somehow - the cable in side my house (just before it plugs into the ONT / Modem) had got damaged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No idea how it happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very impressive though that I reported it to EE as faulty at around 10.30pm on a Friday night, and an engineer from Openreach was with me by 9am on Monday. &amp;nbsp;All up and running again by 10am.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Credit where credit is due.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Andrew&lt;/P&gt;</description>
