Connecting storage heaters to wifi

Am clutching at straws a bit here but here goes.

Having installed new storage heaters I'm unable to connect them to my WiFi.

How do you know if you have a content look on your WiFi and if you have IPv4 or IPv6??

Which router do you have?

If you have a mobile WiFi device you can find content settings in your My EE account, details can be found in our How do I turn on parental controls on my device? Help page.

There are no parental controls on EE fixed Home BB. It only supports IPv4.
