Hi there internet!

Hope everyone is doing well this morning.☕ So we are eagerly awaiting our installation date.. eek exciting*✔️

Cant wait to go from around 14 download speed☣️ to around 350 - 450 haha.📯 We are sure gonna feel a difference!

A bit worried by the silence from our currant supplier... I expected at least a "sorry we heard you want to leave" email or something! Hopefully EE is sorting it all in the background.😀👍🏽

@mncwf1 hi when is your new full fibre service due?

As it is a new fibre line that is being installed, your old provider may not be aware of your plans. Unlike phone line based service transfers there is less clarity when ordering a new fibre line with a new supplier, so you may have to let them know allowing for suitable cancelation period.

You will have to cancel your old BB with its ISP as you are moving from ADSL or FTTC to FTTP.

Oh man that's not great! They are coming the 23rd!! Damn it. Everything we have ever seen from EE, the details say EE should be doing it all!

I'll have to coordinate with sky myself then by the sounds of it.

Another thing I have to do 😞

BB = Broadband.

The gaining ISP doing it all only applies when you are moving a landline.

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & hope it soon gets sorted.
