topic Automatic compensation in Broadband & Landline

I ordered my fire connection in September 2022, EE gave me a completion date in early November. It was 46 days later after I have requested updates on numerous occasions, the connection was made. This connection only lasted a matter of a few hours and took a further 3 days until it was fixed. Each time I spoke to CS, they confirmed I would be due compensation due to the delays and confirmed it was a total of 49 days.
It took almost a month to be advised that the compensation investigation was complete and the amount due to me would be £5.25 total as they had classed the delay as being a single day. When I called to discuss this, CS agreed this was not right and would reopen the original complaint.
mover a month later and no communication, I have not called to chase them but would have expected some information. So far my last 2 bills have not been discounted at all.
has anyone been successful in receiving the Ofcom agreed compensation?

I'm sorry to hear this has happened.

The best thing to do would be to get back in touch so they can investigate this and get it sorted for you,
