Hi, i want to move my master socket but its quite away from my TV and the channel device. I cant manage it from under the carpet. I have naughty kids. So how can i move my socket by EE and would i be charged for this if they move the socket near my required place.??

You need to request EE to send an engineer. You are not allowed to do it yourself. The cost will be £50.

@Q-Ann You should check with the Broadband Care Team, however I beleive Openreach charge around £150 to do the job, but have a look in a local paper and you may find an ex BT person to do it a lot cheaper.

BT (not OR who don't charge users directly) consumer prices are not obliged upon EE. EE have their own tariff price of £50 for an chargeable Engineer Visit.
