I have fibre broadband 150mbps,,but bbci player buffering,,yet my wife's mobile hotspot runs the bbci player at 60mbps no problem,,why is that,

@firestickdave62 To be honest I don’t think it’s the network I think it’s the app. I have only have buffing on one app on my Apple TV and that’s iTVX all other apps ( including BBC iPlayer ) never have any buffering at all it’s just iTVX and I’ve only got a 70meg connection. Try uninstalling the app and restart the device and reinstall the app. Also if the server is being hammered by lots of users this will effect end users with buffing.

Hi Mark,, yes found that it is bbci player on firestick,,have the player
app on 2 tvs an works perfect,,thank you for replying 😀
