@DALDA60 this is not customer services. and no one has account access. You will need to give the Broadband Care Team a call in the morning when they are open.

However you are likley to be charged due to late notice.

I would like to cancel tomorrow Engineer visit due to EE supplies for wifi connection won't arrive by tomorrow. Therefore canceling the Engineer visit for tomorrow between 8 to 10. Please confirm
