@Alex_McNeil No one on here will be able to tell you. You could look for your original email, or give the Broadband Care Team a call, and see what they have to offer.

I have always found them accomodating on renewals.

@Alex_McNeil : Your min. contract term date will not be found anywhere in your MyEE for BB. It'll be in or workable out from your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.

When you reach the end of your min. contract term your bill will increase as you would've been informed when you took it out. Instead of letting your current contract run on at the higher price, all you have to do is commit to a new 24-month contract for the same BB package at a lower price than you are paying now. You can do this online thro' your MyEE for BB under Change your broadband plan .

Just want to find out when my contracts ends. Haven't got any notification but could not see any other way of sending you a message. I have a broadband contract and contracts for my mobile phone no.

@Gautam : As I said earlier if you haven't kept the Welcome email you will need to call EE to find out when your min. term is up.

BTW: You are not sending EE any msgs by posting here but just talking to a whole bunch of users like yourself.
