      <title>Full fibre not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet isn’t working the LAN light on the Openreach box isn’t in and I’ve tried resetting it and unplugged and making sure everything is in correct but still nothing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Which ONT do you have. If a LAN light is not on it suggests the router is not connected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the ONT is still the same after 5 mins, try the same on there.&lt;/P&gt;
