No, I am not employing DDNS. When my router change it's public IP , I do a manual configuration in mobile app settings and update it. I know it is a bit annoying but I do this only for 2 apps( CCTV and NAS torrent Client). I switched to EE home broadband recently and didn't had these issues before. That's why I am thinking it's something with the hub because I have done the same settings with previous ISP.

Hello,

I have some issues with external access to my network devices. I have EE smart hub and full fibre broadband. I opened the correct ports on the router and when I am connected to public WiFi I am able to access my devices but if I switch to 4g/5g I am not. This happens only to External ports which I open manually. For example Plex media port was open automatically and I don't have any issues with it.

Does anyone else have the same issue? Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Are you employing a DDNS? If not, how do you cope with the changes to the router's public IP which could occur whenever the router resyncs. Could that be the reason the mobile can't connect to it?

All sorted now. I deleted all forwarding rules, set up new ones, some factory resets and restarts and now seems to work.
