@HWilson76 if it is the tab/label with the admin and WiFi passwords on it, you will need to contact the Broadband Care Team and get a new router.

But do let us know if that is not the problem.

@XRaySpeX that may be the case, but you're not really helping the OP with a way forward.

It would be more helpful to the OP with a suggestion on how they could find a way forward. - Just saying!

No, knowing just which router is the solution to this issue.

If it is an EE Smart Hub & you've lost the slider with the pwds on, have you looked at the label stuck to the router beneath where the slider went? It also has the pwds.
