    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jon, no I just closed down my mobile account. Didn't ask them to do anything with the broadband account. I don't know if I can switch to another broadband product - I was hoping I could login to my account and check &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; except there is nothing showing relating to Broadband when I login to my account.... very confused!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I login to my broadband account? I ended my ee mobile contract a few months ago (switched to sim only with another provider), when I login to "my ee", it's showing everything as closed, I can't find the broadband account. We are still getting broadband, and paying for it, so I'd like to check the account and contract, but can't find it anywhere! Help! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend contacting our Broadband Care team so they can check your account and help you get it set back up for your broadband.&lt;/P&gt;
