How do i add my ee broadband to my accoint so i can view billing and stuff.

When I log into myEE it says I need to register a service with my account. So I try to register my broadband but it won't let me. Says my billing account number is wrong.

It actually says your account number is wrong? Usually it tells you something is wrong w/out telling you what.

I only get the emails saying how much the bill is and stuff and they don't show any account number or anything.

Yeah. Where it says billing account number I can only assume it means my bank account number. I've never seen my account numer for EE

No, it's your EE a/c no. for your BB. It will have been given to you in the Welcome email.

Do you have a landline no.? You can use that instead.
