      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to access the admin page of my router with the name and password sticker on the back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a new router and I am not able to login in using &lt;A href="http://192.168.1.1" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://192.168.1.1&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am running Windows 11 and all I get on the Chrome browser screen is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H1&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your Internet access is blocked&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Checking the connection&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="chrome-error://chromewebdata/#buttons" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Checking firewall and antivirus configurations&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Running Windows Network Diagnostics&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I have tried turning off the firewall on Norton 360 and it still comes up with the same error.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I am not very computer literate, any ideas how I can fix it?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've reset the router using the pinhole on the back several times and restarted by PC without any luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
