@Vennwood : You need to call CS & ask for the SMART WIFI FROM EE to be added on to your BB package after discussing any of your queries. It costs £10 pm on top of your normal BB fee.

@Vennwood if you want a smart disk it’s £10 extra on the cost of the BB tariff or you can purchase these outright from EE from around £75 each ( you can have up to 3 link to the router.
You can also purchase the white router outright from EE for £200 if you don’t want to change your BB tariff

Thanks Xray and Chris - just spoken to EE CS and upgraded - so fingers crossed that it all works - I've got 14 days to try or return.
