&lt;P&gt;This is not customer service, no account access, you will have to ring them and speak to them, should have done this sooner, as they would have been able to change the date you pay your bill. Not sure they will turn it back on for you, but you can try and ring them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is a free number you can use to ring them, works well with Skype too:&lt;/P&gt;
