So basically I moved into my home in July and I chose ee as my broadband. There’s literally just me and my little girl so we don’t need much but whilst placing the order i added extra things to help get broadband all around the house which I do not need so haven’t used yet after 3 months of paying £25 it’s now going up to £50 which I cannot afford is there anyway I can cancel it and it go back to £25 I’ve got all the extra bits still In there boxes never used @@members

Hello @Cadithom ,

Welcome to the community,

Have you tried speaking to customer service, as that does not seem right, they do not put the bill up for no reason?

Broadband is generally fixed for 24 months, the price, that is, we would need more information to know what the extra charges are for.

I would suggest ringing customer service, here are the numbers:

https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile

Speak to the broadband team.

What are the extra things you ordered but never used?

Which EE BB package have you got & which router does it come with?

You can call the EE BB Team on the Freephone no. in my sig. using Option 3.
