&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What products do you currently have with EE?&amp;nbsp;What products are you trying to buy from EE?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1907538"&gt;@Richsd63&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;have you tried logging in via the website and see if that works?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How long have you been with EE? Are you wanting to log in with a landline number account or is it with mobile account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may have to ring customer service, but there is another thing you can do, is delete the app, re-install it and try again, you will have to register again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
