    <description>&lt;P&gt;Every day recently when I'm in my house my phone automatically connects to the WiFi but after a few minutes I get dropped from the Internet. When I look into it, it says connected but no Internet. I switch my phone WiFi offand it picks 5g up and works fine. Can anyone help??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;For a BrightBox: in the Internet section on the initial Status page or&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;For a Smart Hub: on the Advanced Settings &amp;gt; Broadband &amp;gt; Internet page?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Obscure your names &amp;amp; any digits in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the (Broadband) IP address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this for ADSL BB or Fibre? Which router?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does the landline phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Everyone else don't have any problems with it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's been going on for a few weeks now and I just turn the WiFi off.       <description>&lt;P&gt;OK, that's a BT router (* image not approved as it gives away your pwds &amp;amp; SSIDs to the public) but that's not its BB speed but just your local LAN speed. Please provide its connection stats.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you would like help with your BB speed or connection issues, please would you carry out the following steps for starters, which will enable us to diagnose the problem and advise you further. Do not restart your router to do these tests:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Post your &lt;STRONG&gt;full&lt;/STRONG&gt; router stats:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;For a SmartHub: login&amp;nbsp;at &lt;A href="http://192.168.1.254" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://192.168.1.254&lt;/A&gt; and go to Advanced Settings &amp;gt; Technical Log &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Information&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Obscure your names &amp;amp; any numbers in the BB Username &amp;amp; also the SSIDs.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Full router stats are key to any speed &amp;amp; connection issues.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. What does &lt;A href="https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker&lt;/A&gt; estimate for your phone number? Post just the &lt;STRONG&gt;whole&lt;/STRONG&gt; table and &lt;STRONG&gt;the line above it&lt;/STRONG&gt;, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker, &lt;STRONG&gt;not the Postcode Checker&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
