I am currently receiving my broadband on my landline but am thinking of upgrading to fibre, will this require a new hole in my wall or can it be installed through the existing landline entry.

You mean Full Fibre (FTTP)? Can you get it there?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

That would depend on where you want the ONT (modem) installed to your property or if the existing entry point will be suitable.. Either way the hole would need to be enlarged if using the existing entry point.

What ever, consult with the installer who will try and meet your requirements.
