Will I get to keep the discount if I move BT Broadband to EE along with mobile

We (myself and wife) moved to EE mobile from BT mobile a couple of days ago, for a nice pay monthly handset plan. We both got 20% discount on the monthly bill as we are BT broadband household.

Our BT broadband contract is coming to an end in a couple of weeks time. We are now thinking to move to EE broadband.

The question is, will we get to keep the discount if we leave BT broadband and get the EE broadband?

The discount on out bill says "20% plan discount", not sure whether this will only remain until we are with BT?

@JayFlanders : I believe EE offer a discount against your BT mobile when you take EE BB but you'll need to check with CS.
