      <title>Paid bill but internet got restricted</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid my bill yesterday as my direct debit got missed however a hour or so later my Internet got cut off. I can't find any live chat to speak to someone ( I have social anxiety so really struggle with phone calls) is there any way of contacting them other than phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
