      <description>&lt;P&gt;So my phone is broke and have no way to phone up and pay so I followed other suggestions and downloaded the app but whenever I try to add my broadband account it fails every time for a week now, no live chat help available to help resolve the issue and ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
