Well, it'll all depend on which landline no. you gave EE when you applied. How was EE supposed to know you wanted a separate line?

Welcome

writes about the termination of the contract

I do not agree with the amount charged because no one told me that taking the second internet connection will be canceled the contract with BT

now I have huge problems because BT has terminated the contract as well

If the termination of the contract is not canceled, I will file a complaint about it. Bad information regarding the conclusion of the contract, knowing that I have a contract with BT, I insisted on EE

it doesn't

[Mod edit: Please do not post personal information on the public board. Thanks!]

Migrating on the same landline no. would have to cancel the previous ISP as you can't have 2 BBs on the same line.
