They would normally know if you had a working or stopped line, and just be needed to work at the cabinet or exchange.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Which broadband service did you order?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does&amp;nbsp;the BTW DSL checker show for your phone number or adress if you don;t know it?&lt;/P&gt;
