      <description>&lt;P&gt;On the 6th Sept I ordered&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fiber + broadband without landline&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Smart WiFi&amp;nbsp; services and equipment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We received a contract summary but nothing we can use to track our shipment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;EE does not provide shipping information for the broadband router, it is normally sent via Royal Mail a few days before your service is due to go live.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You'll need your landline number OR account number to do this.&lt;BR /&gt;ADD HOME BROADBAND &amp;gt;&amp;lt;&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;________________________________&lt;BR /&gt;[clock]&lt;BR /&gt;NOT GOT AN ACCOUNT NUMBER?&lt;BR /&gt;Your account's probably still being set up. When it's ready, we'll email you the details. Once that's done, you can manage your home broadband in My EE.</description>
