To cancel your EE BB & Home Phone: If you want to migrate your BB to another ISP other than VM or if you're moving to FTTP, you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final bill. Otherwise apply to the other ISP directly & when ready phone EE on the Freephone no. in my sig. and give 14 days notice of cancellation.
To cancel your EE mobile: Get your PAC from EE & give it to your new provider.
