How do I turn my EE modem (Fibre) into a bridge

I have a new router - TP Link - which supports WiFi6. How do I turn the EE modem into a bridge so that the new router becomes the 'leader'.

Which router do you have? And which service?

You cant do that on the recent ones.

The router it's called EE Smart Router and it's plugged into the openreach box. The conection type is called "

External (FTTX).

Ah Ok, if your openreach box has lights on it, I presume you mean FTTP - Full Fibre.

In which case, if you can set up your new router with PPOE, then you can just connect that direct to the ONT - white Openreach box, and off you go.
