      <description>&lt;P&gt;How does anyone ever get to contact customer services? Everything is menus that do not help. If you select broadband it is then a range of texts and proposed phone calls that don’t even ring then say there is a missed call when it did t ring! EE is now a total nightmare to what it used to be. I don’t think the merge with BT did them any favours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Over the last two days I must have spent a couple of hours trying to get through without success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only thing that works with EE is when they are taking money from you - they are super efficient at that!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm going to Google how to move my number to another supplier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
