    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently received the EE 5G router as well as my first bill in the mail indicating my account number. However, when I go to sync this account number to My EE I get the following message: "&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#FF0000"&gt;Please enter a valid billing account number&lt;/FONT&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And also, for some reason, I cannot call the EE hotline for phones from other providers (07953 966 250) because my phone is with Vodafone, which equally makes no sense to me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you trying to add the mobile router to the Home BB section of MyEE? You can't. That's for fixed home BB; the router is a mobile.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
