&lt;P&gt;Calls to 0845 numbers aren't included in your inclusive minutes. Have you checked to see if the company you're calling have a standard landline number you can call?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;See if you can find an alternative non-chargeable no. by looking it up on&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Say No To 0870&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;or better still go to the co.'s own website. If you just Google it you're likely to come up with scammers giving you fake indirect nos. which you pay for.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try calling the same no. but with 0845 replaced by 0345. The latter are charged at normal rate or free depending on your plan.&amp;nbsp;Some years ago OFCOM told firms to stop using 087 &amp;amp; 084 nos for their CS &amp;amp; start using 03 nos.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
