      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet has been down for three days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been following the down detector, and know that this isn't an isolated incident, with many reports being filed around the country.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Important information:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have restarted my router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have turned it off and on again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried these things multiple times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It can't be anything on my end, because nothing has changed to make anything happen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The light flashing is the blue/turquoise light. When it should be constant turquoise blue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to know what the actual issue is, and what is being done to resolve it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Down Detector currently says "&lt;SPAN&gt;User reports indicate no current problems at EE".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you just joined EE BB or were you already with EE BB?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What lights are showing on the router?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What does it say after you log into the router:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;For a BrightBox: in the Internet section on the initial Status page or&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;For a Smart Hub: on the Advanced Settings &amp;gt; Broadband &amp;gt; Internet page?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Obscure your names &amp;amp; any digits in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the IP addy. This will tell us at which stage EE have got to.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is this for ADSL BB or Fibre? Which router, BrightBox 1 or 2 or Smart Hub?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does the landline phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been with EE for years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not have a landline phone, so I cannot tell you if there is a dial tone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know how to get the user information you want.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a smart hub, and the lights are flashing turquoise blue&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There have been problems reported on the down detector for days, with issues all over the UK...I've been keeping track for days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
