      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's the grey router and yes there is Internet but a solid blue light say there is a problem with the connection, I have been trying to ring customer service since 9am this morning and the number is saying that it's not recognised&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A solid green light is what should be displayed when it's working fine, a solid aqua light indicates that there is a problem with the connection. Why isn't the customer service number not working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, that's not correct for an EE Smart Hub. Solid Aqua mean BB is perfectly OK. Solid Green means it's starting up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just which router do you have? Just read its name off from its label or post a pix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
