    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our internet went down at about 4.30pm on a Friday afternoon a couple of weeks ago and wasn't restored until about lunchtime on the Monday.&amp;nbsp; Based on what I've heard, between a third and a half of our town was affected.&amp;nbsp; I understand the problem was related to the BT supply (I know that EE customers and Sky customers were affected but Virgin ones weren't, for instance).&amp;nbsp; Are we entitled to compensation, please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
