      <description>&lt;P&gt;BT have never allowed their hubs to respond to ICMP (ping) requests as they consider it a security issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Convieniently it also stops you from running a ThinkBB Quality Meter with the hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
