retention promised new wider area box fibre ready although i had to sign up for 2 more years starting with the old copper wiring. instead they sent me the same old green box i already have and on sale ebay widely around £11.50. i expected the white box. contract agreed 9 june but i awaited box and on arrival said i would cancel they billed me £134. Seems the new BT owned setup think they are in North Korea. In dispute

@banjofred : What green box? EE don't have green fibre router. What model is it or, if you don't know, post an image of it.
