Can't link to Works VPN

I used to link to my works VPN from EE Broadband for 5 months but suddenly it's not working today, I try to use my Mobile to connect to my computer and it works. Is there any problem with the broadband network? And how can I fix it? Thanks!

@snowsnowsuet Hi and welcome to the forum.

This can sometimes be a problem with a firewall setting, or IP address range.

1. Google - or used your preferred search too "Whats my IP - take note of it.

2. Do a Factory reset of the router and leave off for a while - repeat step 1, if it has changed is it working now? If the IP is the same you may have to leave the router off for longer.

3. If you know the ip or name of the VPN destination, do a Tracert to it. Report results when working and not working - is there a difference?
