&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This can sometimes be a problem with a firewall setting, or IP address range.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Google - or used your preferred search too "Whats my IP - take note of it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Do a Factory reset of the router and leave off for a while - repeat step 1, if it has changed is it working now? If the IP is the same you may have to leave the router off for longer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. If you know the ip or name of the VPN destination, do a &lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-use-tracert-to-troubleshoot-tcp-ip-problems-in-windows-e643d72b-2f4f-cdd6-09a0-fd2989c7ca8e" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Tracert&lt;/A&gt; to it. Report results when working and not working - is there a difference?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Can't link to Works VPN</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used to link to my works VPN from EE Broadband for 5 months but suddenly it's not working today, I try to use my Mobile to connect to my computer and it works. Is there any problem with the broadband network? And how can I fix it? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
