Hi, you will gave to give the Broadband Customer Support team a call.

Some ISP's do allow such a break, but not sure about EE.

Hi!

We're due to complete on the sale of our house at the end of June / Start of July but there's going to be a month or so delay to the purchase of our next property. (moving in with grandparents in the interim). We're only 5/6 months into a 24 month contract with our broadband and wondered instead of having to pay the hefty cancellation fee, are we able to pop our account on hold for a month until we complete on the new house purchase? We'd ideally like to stay with EE and transfer our contract over to the new property.

Thanks!
