      <description>&lt;P&gt;They know its there fault , since 24th may every 2hours it goes down , dont let them try blame router or you , the only fault is joining ee ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hub has activated against the device management system ,&amp;nbsp;Lan IPv6 Neighbour Discovery events: NEIGHBOR_SOLICIT , these 2 log events says it all , ee no ipv6 as there behind , there system cant handle it so when router gets request from any ipv6 device , web request ect it fails , the only way is to claim loss of service and join a service that works , roll on starlink if only it was more affordable.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Those EE Outage maps &amp;amp; stats relate predominately to the mobile network.&amp;nbsp;
&lt;P&gt;BB issues are rarely localised but specific to your own line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://my.bt.com/consumerFaultTracking/public/faults/tracking.do?pageId=31" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" data-di-id="di-id-1d24ddd1-2746ac2f"&gt;BT Service Status&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Do not restart your router to do these tests:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Post your &lt;STRONG&gt;full&lt;/STRONG&gt; router stats:&lt;/P&gt;

Try a wired speedtest, using an Ethernet cable supplied with the router, here &lt;A href="http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html&lt;/A&gt; . Click on the "Results Page" button at the bottom of the graph you first see and then copy to here just the "Link to this result:" link that you see below the next main graph.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3. What does &lt;A href="https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker&lt;/A&gt; estimate for your phone number? Post just the &lt;STRONG&gt;whole&lt;/STRONG&gt; table and &lt;STRONG&gt;the line above it&lt;/STRONG&gt;, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker, &lt;STRONG&gt;not the Postcode Checker&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
