    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1875756"&gt;@rjhinde&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; on the back of the disk there is a small hole you push a pin into that and hold it in there for 30 seconds it has to be powered up at the same time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if I remember correctly it’s on the back at bottom towards the right. &amp;nbsp;It’s near one of the buttons I can’t remember if this is the WPS button or the power button i’m working from memory on this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;use the EE Home app to help set it up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My line needed repair. In the process the hub got disconnected. It came back fine but the smart disc didn't. I have tried disconnecting it and setting it up again but it no longer boosts the WiFi. Do I need to get another disc or is there something else I can try?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The right lights are all on, it just isn't boosting the WiFi and it was&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you're still unable to get the disc working I'd recommend getting in touch with our Broadband Care team so they can run through additional troubleshooting steps with you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. Called the Tech support line and now fine. It appears I needed to use a different ethernet socket on my hub. Maybe. Anyway, fixed now. Though the disc did not behave as expected when I did the factory reset it did work. Thanks all&lt;/P&gt;</description>
