&lt;P&gt;However if you enter your details in the DSL checker and post the results, hiding your number, we may be able to work out the issue.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Trying to upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I contacted EE regarding the section to enter my details for upgrading over 2 weeks ago, I am asked to provide 3 answers to some questions, I answer 5 questions and my email is ticked green as correct and after submitting it turns red and I cannot proceed, this is still happening after I reported it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will this be fixed as I do not always have time to talk on the phone regarding a upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it will not be fixed I will have to look elsewhere for a deal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
