I have a few questions about the current open reach foto installation that my flat has.

Before ordering, I'd ask EE these three questions:

Can you activate Full Fibre 1.6 Gbps using my existing Openreach ONT?

Will you replace the existing ONT with a multi-gigabit ONT if necessary?

Does the £1.6 Gbps package include the Smart Hub 7 Pro and WiFi Extender 7 Pro, or are these additional costs?

Looks like the Pon is not lit on your unit at all so is there a fibre fault currently?

there has ben various threads stating that for 1.6 you need a new ont installed i would say that if you have had this ont since before 1.6 gig was a thing you may need to be changed

i cant see how this can be chargeable for an ont replacement i for an upgrade would be different if you wanted the same ont moving

think you going to have to ask customer support if this is needed to be fair but i think it would get passed ont to openreach for them to check

All that is set is the speed profile so EE clamps the throughput at there side plus any diagnostics required to get past the ONT to the EE Hub on the connection.
