Trying to opt out of EE Public WiFi on my broadband account page. The Opt-Out button is inert. Inspecting DevTools shows POST [https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/api/eewifi/opt-out](https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/api/eewifi/opt-out) returning HTTP 409 Conflict (status.message: repository state conflicting with request). The opt-in endpoint returns the exact same 409 error. Please clear the backend lock on my line so the public hotspot stops broadcasting.

They kept me on the phone for 1hr 19minutes, and then said they don’t know how to do it. Then they said my account is broken. You can’t make it up.

Think the last OP that removed it all by himself although it was a long time ago now, the tested connection was limited to around the 100Mb/s speed range.
