i was recently trying to sort out broadband for my new flat, but i was unable to complete this order due to my current internet losing connection as I'm not at home right now. after losing connection yesterday i receive an email with my contract details but with no order reference on the email, this has confused me as i remember not being able to load the summary page fully, before i sat in a loading loop for about 20 minutes, i thought i would try again another day, i then received that email.

I have tried contacting support but have been unable to do so.

can someone clarifyingthis for me
