EE app not loading

Hi,

my EE app doesn’t seem to load when trying to access my broadband settings. I’ll attach screenshots of the app. The screen does dark and unresponsive. I’ve always had this issue.
I seem to have another issue with my smart hub not connected? I try to click on set up checks and the app freezes

@JayJay88 : What BB settings you after? You can access many of them from the router itself @ http://192.168.1.254 rather than using the app.

@JayJay88 You may want to connect your mobile to the wifi rather than trying to do it over a 5G mobile connection.

Doesn’t work over WiFi. I turned it off to see if I’ll get a faster connection

@JayJay88 Contact EE CS and have them check out your account side with respect to your EE Hub in use.
