can’t connect my smart WS10A to main hub

i have pressed WPS button on both main hub and the smart WS10A until they both flashed blue i then left it and the smart WS10A started flashing red

then i reset the smart WS10A and turned it off then i tried again

still after it started flashing red again

@Min12 : I suspect you may have mismatching router & extender. There is no WiFi Extender WS10A. Do you mean SW10A? If so, The WiFi Extender (2023) (SW10A) is meant for the EE Smart Hub (2023) (SH20A), not any EE Smart Hub Plus.

Which EE router & WiFi extenders do you have (read label or post a pix)? Include the model no, SH?? & SW??, stated on the labels.
