Broadband Help & how to chat with advisor.

Is there a way to chat with an advisor? I have 2 young children and have very little quiet time and not able to answer all the time to get help?

My broadband was working fine yesterday, then the socket which it is plugged into along with tv ect was switched off then on again. Since then it keeps losing signal, it stays steady green then flashes. I have reset it numerous times, on and off and off for a long time, taken cables out and in again. last night it was working ok again, but then this morning due to 2 quick power cuts its now not working again, it comes on for 5/10 minutes then off again and ive tried it all again today and still no joy.

You can either call customer service on 150 and speak to them or text GUIDE to 66033 and as soon as someone becomes available they should contact you.

thank you. I have messaged them and someone will call within an hour, I was just hoping there was a way to chat through message instead of call, as I cant always answer or hear with my kids around. thank you for help though.

use this and sign im to your account on there

help tab scroll all the way to the bottom talk to us

then as soom as the chat opens type agent it might as what problem you having pick if you get select an option pick iit

then type agent again

there is via the app used it myself

if you use the app

scrol they way down to the talk to us tab click message at the call or message screen

you wil get an an i asking which service you need help with

click broadband

then type agent

you will then be put through to a human

i could post post a screenshots of past of this but that would reveal pesonal info
