Pausing devices

Hi, I am pausing devices each night to keep my son off them, but it doesn't stay paused. I've tried pausing them separately and as a group and scheduled but it always just comes back on???

Do you have the latest version of the app?

Have you tried rebooting your router?

Do you find it only pauses for a set amount of time?

@Rianpa have you changed the login details for the router. If someone can access the router via the EE app they can change settings that you’ve set up.

@Rianpa What is the pause/schedule status when you look at the account / hub status, when your parental controls are not working? The broad stroke for all as a search link.
