No internet PR9 area

Internet outage for the last 25 hours in the area iI live.

Come on EE, give us a clue when it'll be sorted.

So far been told 03:50 and 17:11 today and now can't even get the link to get another text to tell me more porkies.

@Dublevod They do say no news is good news in certain circumstances! Is it an EE issue or supplier condition if you know?

To be honest all I know is that it appears to be a provider problem, fairly localised and when I could text EE they admitted a fault in the area - first time giving a time of 3:50am then on contacting them again this morning a very specific 17:11 up and running time.

Very attractive shade of orange light flashing on my router, but really would like the internet back🤣

Oddly the service is telling me there are no issues - now on my third attempt at unplugging router & checking leads etc.

Still got my orange disco lights but hopefully 3rd time lucky🤣

@Dublevod Full or Partial Fibre connection, what is your current type? HELP to 66033 and have EE CS test your connection, tomorrow morning now from 8am onwards though.

EDIT:- What EE Hub are you using on the system, currently EE are FW updating a few models?
